How do I know your broadband is any good?
We use the UKs biggest, best and local networks to connect you. They maintain and build the broadband and phone infrastructure in the UK. We cover over 98% of the UK and can deliver full fibre speeds up to 950Mb!
Is switching broadband a hassle?
Switching broadband might sound complicated, but it’s simple, and you don’t need to be technical-minded to do it. All it takes is a few clicks and filling out your details, and we’ll set everything up for you. It will take two weeks to connect you, and we’ll send you a brand new plug-in and go router. We’ll even let your old provider know about the move if they use the same network as us.
Which broadband plan should I choose?
It’s easy to be overwhelmed by the number of different deals and speeds on offer, which is why we’ve made it easy and only offer three plans. Depending on the speeds available in your area, you’ll either only be able to choose one of our plans or be able to choose between all three. Each plan offers decent speeds, but you will notice that the faster the broadband speeds, the higher the monthly cost, so choosing a plan depends on your budget.
How is your broadband good for the Earth?
When you become an Earth customer, you become part of a business helping the Earth. You will plant one tree monthly through our trusted reforestation partners.
