My internet is not working

If you are having trouble with your internet connection, follow these steps:

1. Ensure the router has been set up correctly. Follow this guide below: https://support.earthbroadband.com/articles/how-how-to-set-up-your-router

2. Restart the router, unplug the power cable for 60 seconds and plug it back in.

3. For the WiFi passwords, ensure you’ve entered the ‘Wireless Key’ or scanned the QR code correctly on the back of the router.

4. If your router has a red network light, this may indicate a fault on the network.

– A photo of the Openreach Master socket for FTTC connections or the Openreach ONT box for FTTP connections.
